Homes sold significantly faster as well, with average days on market dropping from 44 to 31, indicating strong buyer demand. Detached homes led the market with 12 sales and an average price of $1,372,793, while condo apartments remained the most affordable option at an average of $485,375. Overall, the W9 housing market continues to show price growth and steady activity heading into the spring season.
