I was lucky enough to work with Maureen as my realtor when looking to purchase a home in Downtown Toronto. Maureen’s knowledge about real estate is multi-faceted and advice is spot on. This is my second time working with Maureen and it has been such a pleasure every time that I'd work again with her without a second thought. Maureen is the kind of agent who makes an intimidating experience like selling and buying a property feel  completely safe, fun and easy. Maureen had my back and looked out for my best interests. I felt I had nothing to worry about because she was always on the ball through every step of first selling my condo, and then buying an investment property a few years later. 

A few years ago, when we sold my condo she made it almost too easy! With her know-how she listed it just the right way that we had over 50 people view it in just the first few days! She knew just how to price it and expertly handled all the offers coming in that I was shocked at how much she got for me! 

This year when we bought an investment property, Maureen made sure that the property was exactly what I needed and was looking for. I wanted to make it into a rental property so she went the extra mile to check on zoning, codes and rental rules for me. She knew to ask the questions and find the information that I didn't know to ask for or didn't know I needed. In the end through her negotiating skills, she understood the seller and got me into the position where I was successfully able to purchase the property tens of thousands under asking!

Whether it was buying or selling Maureen is so fun to be around. She always has a smile on her face and a friendly personality radiating  from her wherever she goes. She's the person you pick on your team when you not only want to win the game but also have have a great time doing it!
